The registration for IEEE SMC 2021 is via Papercept. Please click on the following button to go to the registration page. Once on the page, please click on the drop-down to select “SMC 2021”, enter your PIN and password and click submit. You will be given options to register your accepted papers in the following screen.
Excess page charges
If you have excess pages, please follow the below instructions for correctly paying the registration fees:
Step 1: Go to the final submission page and complete all the final submission information
Step 2: Go to registration where the excess page charge will be automatically included in the “cart”

Additional information:
SMC 2021 will take place virtually during 17-20 October. All paper presentations will be recorded by the authors and submitted to PaperCept by no later than September 23, 2021. The duration for each paper presentation is 15 minutes.
Authors are expected to attend their appropriate sessions and be available for their respective live Q&A session. Each Q&A session will be for 25 minutes and will include 5 minutes of Q&A for each of five papers. Conference delegates (in particular the presenting authors) are encouraged to attend these sessions. Each session will have a time keeper who will also record the author attendance sheet. IEEE reserves the right to omit papers, for which authors are not present for the session, from the conference proceedings on IEEE Xplore.
Conference attendees are expected to view the pre-recorded paper presentations prior to attending sessions
